Thanks for trimming the torn meniscus. I was well taken care of from diagnosis through surgery and recovery. After a year being unable to exercise, I'm now back to normal. You and your staff were great, Dr. Powell!
Last year I developed hard core carpal tunnel in both wrists. This condition devasted my life both physcailly and spiritually. I lost my job, my small business, and my ability to play music and make art. Many days and nights I cried, as I felt my life and its potential was wrecked. However, deep down, I refused for this condition to stop me. I spent months and months seeking treatment after treatment, but couldnt quite rid my hands of the non-stop pain. Well, earlier this year, by a total chance conversation with a close friend, I ended up in Dr. Powells office. A few months ago, He did corrective surgery on both wrists, and after a little healing time, I am, for the first time in a year, bascially back to normal. Im playing in three bands, holding down two jobs, making art, and living my life with a Love as ive never known it. The amount of appreciation I carry with me on a daily basis for Dr. Powell and his incredible staff, cannot commit itself to words, for the feeling literally transcends language. I thank you, Dr. Powell, and everyone that works for you. You have each contributed to giving me not only my entire life back, but it being even better than before (Im appreciating the small things in daily life, kinda big time). Most importantly, you have delivered me just in time to be able to take these next steps in my life that will surely be the largest Ive taken, both for career and spirit. For all this, an eternal gratitude will always be there for you and your staff. From my the full embodiement of my heart and healed hands, I Thank You.

Some people tell me I\'m lucky to be alive after my accident. In May of 2010 I had a head-on collision with my scooter against a distracted cell phone talker car driver. Dr. Powell reconstructed my right shoulder and right knee. At the present time I\'m happy to report that I\'m working my way back to competitive tennis, I\'m mountain biking and spear fishing with my son. In addition, I\'m very involved in my daughter’s high school and premier club soccer activities. I like to take a chance to thank Dr. Powell and the entire staff for helping me to get back in my active life style.
